“Corvus Crow” is a guitar driven concept album released in 2011. Dan shows his love for folklore as his uses each song to tell a story about how the old miser Corvus becomes the very last man in a ghost town. The album was inspired by Dan’s recurring dream of looking in through a shack window at an old man who would catch him peeping and then tell him tales of murder and death. There are mathematical riddles in the songs that point to an otherwise unspoken conclusion that are based on an old poem and nursery rhyme called “One Crow for Sorrow”.
